Prerequisite: Must have completed the 12-Week Nutrition Coaching Program
Month-to-month (no contract)
The monthly, online subscription program provides ongoing accountability after completing the 12-Week program::
- Weekly check-ins behind the scenes via email
- Calculated energy requirements
- Updated, sample meal templates (as needed)
- Ongoing assessment of goals
- Development of an action plan to support those goals
- Weight, circumference measurements and photos (optional)
- Review of health markers (e.g. BMI, waist-to-hip ratio, waist circumference)
- Unlimited access to Nutrition Coach via email (responds within 24-hours)
