Our 12-Week Nutrition Coaching Program is an online, one-on-one program that customizes the right nutrition plan for YOU! It is designed to teach you the basics of nutrition and how to eat right to look, feel and perform better. There are no magic pills; there are no quick fixes.
A good nutrition plan must meet the following four criteria:
- Good nutrition properly controls energy balance.
- Good nutrition provides nutrient density.
- Good nutrition achieves health, body composition, and performance goals.
- Good nutrition is honest and outcome-based.
We will educate you on each of these criteria and provide daily habits and strategies to help you achieve YOUR health and fitness goals.
The program includes:
- Weekly, 60-min, online check-ins via FaceTime or Zoom (one session per week)
- Calculated energy requirements
- Customized, sample meal template
- Assessment of goals
- Development of an action plan to support those goals
- Grocery list and meal prep strategies
- Weight, circumference measurements and photos (optional)
- Review of health markers (e.g. BMI, waist-to-hip ratio, waist circumference)
- Unlimited communication with Nutrition Coach via email (responds within 24-hours)
